Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

• 'Buyer' means the person who buys or agrees to buy the goods from the seller.
• 'Seller' means Design Mania Limited T/A LIQUID id. or LIQUID Gifts, 7 Oak Industrial Park, Chelmsford Road, Great Dunmow, Essex, CM6 1XN, UK.
• 'Goods' means the articles which the buyer agrees to buy from the seller.

2. Payment

Payment of the price and VAT shall be due within thirty days of the date of the invoice for account customers. Payment must be made in full before dispatch of any bespoke goods for non-account customers.

3. Returned Goods

We reserve the right to charge a handling fee of up to 20% of invoice value on returned items. Goods must be returned within 7 working days of delivery, using original packaging and must be in mint condition, ready for resale.

Bespoke goods cannot be returned unless the goods do not meet the specifications of the invoice or the agreed artwork proofs.

4. Proper Law of Contract

This contract is subject to the law of England and Wales.
